5 Delaware
This contemporary, for-sale condominium project was one of the first in-fill projects located in the heart of the historic River Market neighborhood. Designed by el dorado architects, the building brings a fresh design experience to downtown Kansas City and has won numerous design awards from the architectural community. The units were sold as warm shells and buyer designed and finished their custom interiors. DI partners Jim Potter and Chris Sally were project partners on 5 Delaware.
First and Main Lofts
First and Main is a residential loft building located in Kansas City's River Market neighborhood and one block from historic City Market. Designed by Stark Wilson and Duncan and constructed by JE Dunn, this $7 Million dollar renovation was completed in 2007. The lofts feature open floor plans, exposed brick walls and soaring timber ceilings. DI partner Chris Sally teamed with Mr. Jonathan Arnold on First and Main Lofts.
4646 Broadway
This $16.5 million, 18-unit luxury condominium high rise is located in Kansas City's prestigious Country Club Plaza neighborhood. Innovative in design, it represents the area's first contemporary loft-style condominium featuring either full or half floor residences. Interior features include imported Italian kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, as well as custom designed Italian closet systems. The building's concrete frame is wrapped in a glass and metal panel window wall system, and provides a striking contrast to its older, more traditional neighbors. The Weitz Company, which is a related party to the equity partner in this development, completed construction in spring 2007. DI partner Jim Potter joined Mr. George Birt and Mr. Taylor McKee in partnership on 4646 Broadway.
The Gallo Building
Renovated in 2005, this property is located within the Downtown/River Market area, within Kansas City’s urban core. The Gallo Building is a 21,785 square foot, multi-tenant historically renovated office building located in the prestigious River Market neighborhood in Downtown Kansas City. This office building has eight office tenants ranging from 5,500 square feet to 1,110 square feet users. DI partner Chris Sally was the managing partner in the redevelopment of the Gallo Building.
